The Role

Ready to drive business in a fast-growing AI company? Semine helps companies automate their finance functions using AI, and we're looking for a Sales Development Representative based in Stockholm to identify and create new qualified sales opportunities for Semine in Oslo.

You'll work closely with the Sales + Marketing team to optimize lead generation and the strategic sales approach for the Norwegian market. With your strong communication, rapport-building, and organizational skills, you'll have a direct impact on our sales pipeline and revenue growth — working with cutting-edge technology as part of an international growth journey.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through strategic outreach
• Qualify outbound leads to understand their business challenges as they relate to Accounts Payable, and assess if and how Semine can help
• Represent Semine at webinars and industry events to create new business and build brand awareness
• Work toward defined KPIs and continuously analyze performance to grow pipeline and customer base in your region
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to optimize lead handling and go-to-market strategy

• A natural hunter personality — you love getting into the details of a customer and finding out who they are and what they are looking for.
• A few years of experience in B2B sales (previous SDR or outbound sales experience highly valued)
• Experience in Fintech, ERP, or AP solutions is a plus
• Fluent in English & Norwegian — additional languages are a bonus
• Highly organized and adaptable to change
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• A relationship-builder with strong drive and a competitive spirit, motivated by clear goals
• A growth mindset, with demonstrated quota achievement or a track record of success in prior roles
• A compassionate, unselfish, and true team player
