The role:

You will play an important part in the Visma Security Program, helping Visma companies naturally integrate security, legal, best practices, and training into their operations. Your specific focus will be within the Security Awareness and Training team.

Your main responsibility will be:

• Responsible for management and development of security services, such as password manager or secure code training.




• Collaborate with service owners and assist in communicating the values of the services provided by the Visma Security Program.




• Contribute to security awareness projects, some of which you will manage independently, and others where you will participate and offer support. Examples include the European Cyber Security Month or similar initiatives.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across the group.




• Understanding of and experience in the cybersecurity industry.




• Experience with service ownership with a focus on customer value.




• Strategic and long-term vision of your projects and tasks.




• Ability to adapt communication to groups with different backgrounds.




• Previous experience with automations and integrations would be beneficial, but not a must.
