Senior Accountant

 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance Department.

Your key responsibilities:

•    Monthly financial close of relevant legal entities 
•    Balance sheet reconciliations / preparation of analytical reviews
•    Financial Reviews
•    Preparation of Year End Schedules
•    VAT reporting
•    Reporting to Statistisk Sentralbyrå (SSB)
•    Delivery of Statutory accounts within set deadlines
•    Ad hoc tasks as required

What we want from you: 

•    Degree in Accounting or Finance
•    Knowledge of relevant systems preferable, S4, BFC, Maestro and Excel
•    Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience from similar positions or Auditing
•    Experience from preparations of Statutory accounts, IFRS, VAT and indirect taxes
•    Relates well to people at all levels and contributes to a good working environment
•    Analytical, structured and accurate
•    Positive, dedicated and motivated
•    The ability to work in a team as well as individually
•    Clear and effective oral and written communications skills in both Norwegian and English
