OneSubsea is now looking for a Senior Quality Adviso r to join their team in Moss.

As a project employee you will be employed by NES Advantage Solutions AS, working on assignment for OneSubsea. What will you be doing?

• Facilitate for QC inspectors to perform product and process inspections on documentation and product in accordance with ITP or special demand (perform inspections in case of high work load)
• Facilitate pre-meetings in preparation for manufacturing and approve ready for production
• Perform Mechanical Completion, interface with clients representatives and clarify their questions regarding reviews, witness and other checklists
• Initiate and coordinate investigations using OneSubsea methods ensuring problems are solved and not repeated
• Support and/or drive continuous improvement initiatives

We think you should have:

• A few years of relevant experience from working in a quality and continuous improvement position(s)
• A good understanding of ISO 9001 requirements
• Preferably knowledge of SAP and experience from problem solving investigations (e.g. Lean)
• Proven systematic, analytical and process improvement skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, Norwegian is beneficial
• Energetic and proactive attitude with a structured working style
• Customer-focused and self-driven personality with the ability to make decisions independently
• High work capacity, drive, and engagement for quality with a strong people focus
