Join our Commercial team and play a central role in turning business priorities and market insights into thoughtful, actionable plans. You’ll collaborate closely across Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, Supply Chain and Analytics to create sustainable commercial growth. 

Impact You’ll Own 

• Shape and deliver go-to-market plans that connect strategy, customer needs and financial goals. 


• Strengthen commercial performance by finding opportunities, anticipating risks and recommending clear actions. 


• Support successful product launches through strong forecasting, readiness planning and performance evaluation. 


• Build alignment across teams, helping colleagues move from insight to confident execution. 

What You’ll Do 

• Co-create annual and rolling commercial plans, sales forecasts and volume and value targets. 


• Monitor sales performance and key indicators, finding opportunities and initiating corrective actions when needed. 


• Partner with Key Account teams on portfolio choices, pricing, trade terms and customer initiatives. 


• Coordinate commercial readiness for new product launches, from demand forecasting to post-launch evaluation. 


• Translate customer, shopper and sales insights into practical input for Marketing, Brand and Category teams. 


• Use market, point-of-sale and business intelligence data to uncover growth opportunities and execution gaps. 


• Prepare clear, insight-led recommendations and updates for senior stakeholders. 

Skills & Capabilities 

Must-haves 

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial, Marketing, Category, Commercial Planning, or a similar business function.  


• Professional proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Norwegian is a strong advantage. 


• Proven ability to turn insights and strategy into impactful commercial actions and results.  


• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to support decision-making.  


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across teams.  


• Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.  

Nice-to-haves 

• Experience within retail, FMCG, or another consumer-focused industry.  


• Experience collaborating with Key Account, customer-facing, or field sales teams.  


• Familiarity with market data sources such as Nielsen, POS data, CRM platforms, or similar tools.
