Own the mechanical commissioning lifecycle from planning and readiness reviews through Level 2 to Level 5 commissioning and final customer handover.
• Serve as the primary onsite technical authority for all mechanical commissioning activities and technical escalations. Participate in design reviews, constructability reviews, and commissioning readiness assessments to identify risks and ensure successful execution.
• Review mechanical drawings, P&IDs, control philosophies, and sequences of operation to verify commissioning readiness and alignment with design intent. Lead safe execution of commissioning activities in compliance with site EHS requirements, RAMS, and risk assessments.
• Verify that installed systems meet operational, performance, reliability, and customer acceptance requirements. Lead root cause investigations and technical troubleshooting activities during commissioning, performance validation, and defect resolution.
