Senior Project Manager - EPC Projects

SLB Capturi is a leading carbon capture technology company. 

We serve a range of carbon-emitting industries including cement, blue hydrogen, bio/waste-to-energy, and gas-to-power among others. Through our portfolio of projects, we are mitigating the environmental cost of industrial activity for a cleaner, more sustainable future. SLB Capturi is one of the leading companies globally that has extensive knowledge of the entire CCUS value chain. We have many ongoing projects, from research and innovation, including pilot plant testing, to concept studies and to large EPC projects, both in Europe and in the United States. Today, we are delivering seven carbon capture units in Europe, with an accumulated capture capacity of 1 million tonnes of CO2. In Denmark, we are delivering five Just Catch 100 units to Ørsted, in the Netherlands one Just Catch 100 unit to Twence, and in Norway a Big Catch to Heidelberg Materials. 

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong EPC expertise

In this key role within our Operations team, you’ll work closely with sales, engineering, supply chain, subcontractors, and partners to ensure successful delivery of EPC projects. You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers and take responsibility for project progress and results. To succeed, we’re looking for a proactive, organized professional with solid leadership skills and a collaborative approach.

This position is based in Oslo (Fornebu), and applicants must either reside in Norway or hold valid work authorization to work in Norway.

What will you be doing?

• Lead projects to meet or exceed company objectives
• Organize, inspire, and motivate multidisciplinary project teams
• Perform resource planning, cost estimation, and budgeting
• Analyze and manage project risks, change control, and reporting
• Manage stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
• Proven success managing complex, multi-discipline projects
• Solid experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contracts, preferably in onshore industry
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management, budgeting, and aligning project outcomes with business objectives
• Ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams, providing both strategic direction and hands-on support
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
