Senior Project Manager ERP Transformation (Nordics)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-country ERP transformation programs across the Nordic region. This role is suited for a senior leader with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-wide change, influencing executive stakeholders, and embedding robust governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale ERP transformation initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term value creation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insight and direction on change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Establish and enforce strong governance structures, ensuring compliance, transparency, and accountability across all project phases.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a high-performance culture and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on ERP or enterprise technology transformations.
• Proven success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects across the Nordics or similar international environments.
• Advanced certifications in project and program management (e.g., PMP, MSP, IPMA Level B or A).
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills at executive level.
• Deep understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and organizational change.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with public or private sector organizations in the Nordic region.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a Scandinavian language is a strong advantage.
