Job Summary | For our Client we are looking for ServiceNow Consultant. |
Responsibilities | · Prepare and maintain the service catalog: Ensure that all services are accurately registered and updated in the service catalog. · Service Portfolio Management: Manage and update the overview of the service portfolio, including new and existing services · Change management: Create routines for continuous maintenance of the catalog, as well as communicate these routines to service owners. Facilitate changes in the service portfolio in collaboration with product and service owners. Follow up that maintenance is carried out. · Communication: Understand and clearly communicate the value of a maintained service catalog. · Interaction: Interact with other parts of customer to harmonize the understanding of services, as well as to work towards common terminology. · Adapt the current service structure from CSDM 4.0 to CSDM 5.0. · Establish relevant KPIs and SLAs. · Assist Customer in becoming more service-oriented. |
Skills/Experience needed | The services and service catalog are in ServiceNow. Academic requirements Certification on the ServiceNow modules that are relevant and experience from similar assignments. Personal requirements Structured and systematic. Good communication skills and collaboration skills. Good implementation ability. Ability to take own initiative. |
