Operating within the EMEA Nordics Service Team, the PM manages projects from order to commissioning, ensuring on\u2011time, profitable, and high\u2011quality execution.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Lead projects from PO through commissioning using Eaton project management methods.\n * Build and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineering, procurement, service, and external partners.\n * Serve as the primary contact for customers and on-site activities, including installation, configuration, SAT, and commissioning.\n * Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and progress reporting.\n * Manage scope, variations, costs, and budgets with a focus on margin optimization.\n * Maintain a risk register and proactively mitigate risks and issues.\n * Ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial forecasting.\n * Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle in coordination with sales.\n * Ensure successful delivery of all KPIs: safety, customer satisfaction, profitability, and schedule.\n * Lead project handover, training, and lessons-learned activities.\n * Engineered-to-order solutions with multiple Eaton and third\u2011party manufacturing sites.\n * Significant third\u2011party supplier involvement and production follow-up.\n * Substantial installation and commissioning included.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree; electrical engineering strongly preferred.\n * 5+ years of project/site management experience, ideally in data centres or complex industrial environments.\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\n * Electrical and/or automation background (EPMS, SCADA, DCIM experience beneficial).\n * Experience with power management, mission-critical systems, or BMS is an advantage.\n\n\n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
