Today, we are delivering seven carbon capture units in Europe, with an accumulated capture capacity of 1 million tonnes of CO2. In Denmark, we are delivering five Just Catch 100 units to Ørsted, in the Netherlands one Just Catch 100 unit to Twence, and in Norway a Big Catch to Heidelberg Materials.

What will you be doing?

As a Sub-Contract Manager, you develop, negotiate, and manage major contracts throughout FEED, tender, and execution phases. You’ll ensure contractors meet cost, HSSE, quality, and sustainability targets on schedule. This role leads contract management activities independently and does not involve people management responsibilities. You will work closely with Engineering, Construction, Legal, Quality, and HSS teams.

As Our Sub-Contract Manager, you will:

• Oversee the full tendering process, bids, enquiries, clarifications, negotiations, evaluations, and award recommendations in collaboration with engineering, construction, and legal
• Expand and strengthen relationships with potential contractors and suppliers.
• Develop subcontracting strategies and procedures, including package definitions and scope allocation.
• Lead subcontractor meetings, monitor performance, ensure timely payments, and enforce full contract compliance
• Resolve claims, track progress, and support risk and opportunity management
• Drive long-term, high-performing subcontractor partnerships

Your Bring:

• Solid experience with five years or more in contract and subcontract management within complex construction environments
• Hands-on experience with onshore EPC projects, ideally experience from construction sites
• Proven involvement in both tendering (pre-award) and execution (post-award) phases
• Experience with fabrication contracts (preferably from onshore process industry), measurement contractual setups, quantity surveying, especially from general contractors' side
• Strong contractual skills; capable of drafting and negotiating terms independently while collaborating with legal teams
• Strong technical and operational understanding, covering all disciplines
• Deep understanding of supply chain operations in construction projects
