Subsea Offshore Operator

Overall Purpose of the Job

Join our Subsea team delivering critical offshore operations across the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Subsea Offshore Operator to support the preparation, deployment, operation, and maintenance of subsea equipment and deliver safe and efficient services to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technology in a dynamic offshore environment.

Key Activities and Accountabilities

• Mobilize, test, operate, and maintain subsea intervention and production support equipment.


• Execute offshore operations in accordance with company procedures, client requirements, and HSE standards.


• Support installation, commissioning, and retrieval of subsea systems.


• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment offshore.


• Perform pre-job planning, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.


• Ensure accurate operational reporting and maintenance documentation.


• Interface with clients, vessel crews, and offshore installation teams.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications

· Technical trade certificate (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation, or equivalent).

· Offshore experience within subsea, drilling, well intervention, or oilfield services preferred.

· Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET and Offshore Medical).

· Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

· Ability to work independently in a demanding offshore environment.

· Good communication skills
