Vinland - we are looking for front of house staff to join Our Brasserie Team!

We are searching for members of the team to open our ambitious new Brasserie in Oslo, this fall. The restaurant will feature a state-of-the-art broiler and a creative menu that balances the modern and classic. The kitchen is led by head chef Charif ElMessaoudi, while Miklòs Revai is managing the restaurant floor. We are proud to offer one of Norway’s most extensive wine lists, curated by our wine director Francesco Marzola. We aim to offer a professional and exceedingly friendly guest experience and an inclusive and inspiring work environment. We are looking for high energy personalities with a lot of knowledge, and a true dedication to, hospitality. Our working language is English, but basic knowledge and understanding of Norwegian is advantageous.
The restaurant is in the former American Embassy, a historic building designed by Eero Saarinen that has been a prominent landmark in downtown Oslo since 1959. After extensive restoration, it will proudly reopen late 2023, offering various amenities. Waiter As a waiter you will run your section in the dining room, coordinate your colleagues to achieve the best possible dining experience every day. You are an experienced professional with excellent communication skills, and a good team player that is also independent and resourceful. You always put the guest first and have a real passion for service. You have good manners towards guests and colleagues alike, and you are punctual and well organized. Waiter assistant Assisting the waiters in every step from getting the station ready for service, to serving food and drinks to the table, helping with clearing off after service and prepare the dining room for next seating.
