Job Description - Work in Greece - Norwegian Customer & Partner Support Role
Are you fluent in Norwegian and passionate about helping customers and business partners? Would you like to live in Greece while working in a dynamic international environment, with the flexibility to work on-site in Athens or remotely from anywhere in Greece?
We are looking for Norwegian-speaking Customer Service and Partner Support Representatives to join our growing team. You will support end-users and business partners of a leading online food delivery and quick commerce platform, ensuring high-quality service and a seamless experience.

Your Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
Assist with questions about orders, deliveries, and platform usage
Ensure high-quality customer experiences by following internal procedures
Participate in 10 days of paid training followed by on-the-job nesting in production
Partner Service:
Support restaurants and business partners via chat, email, and phone
Provide technical and operational guidance to ensure smooth platform operations
Maintain high-quality interactions and follow internal guidelines
Participate in 15 days of paid training followed by on-the-job nesting in production
Both Roles:
Apply professional judgment and maintain customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and service quality
Be open to future cross-training opportunities between Customer Service and Partner Service
Fluent Norwegian (spoken and written)
Very good English skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and empathy for customers and partners
Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools, and MS Office
Ability to work independently and in a team
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or support roles is a plus
Willingness to take phone calls and handle sensitive inquiries
Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
