Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system for effective tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.
• Participate in training sessions to foster professional development and service excellence.
• Actively seek feedback to improve service and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while being self-motivated.
• Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
