Role and responsibilities:

• Driving admissions and marketing as per the school targets.
• Planning & execution of endtoend offline & online marketing for the school.
• Endtoend point of contact for parents from enquiry admission process schooling years and pass out.
• Managing guiding and recruiting admissions and marketing teams to achieve admissions targets.
• Ensuring enriched parents enriched experience as per our school vision and mission.
• Addressing parents grievances issues if any by extending the best possible support from the school s end.
• Planning and organizing parent engagement programs for the existing parents and ensuring parents satisfaction through relationship building.
• Admission lead generation through marketing initiatives collaborations with playschools corporates etc and converting them through counselling.
• Organizing events and representing the school at promotional activities and events.
• Maintaining complete student records and data as per government regulations and affiliation norms.
• Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation trends developments and resources.
• Staying updated with school admission processes and requirements school programs and developments in education and financial aid in the city.

Requirements

• 3 5 years of relevant experience in admissions & marketing in reputed schools.
• Excellent communication skills in English Hindi and Telugu preferred.
• Graduation/Postgraduation degree. Marketing preferred.
• Excellent active listening verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and peoplereading skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized. Should take ownership and lead the projects.
• Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions.
