PEOPLE/HR OPERATIONS GENERALIST

About the role

You will be a part of our great People and Sustainability team in Stavanger. As a People Operations Generalist you will interact with and support employees and managers in a multinational work environment with more than 50 different nationalities.

Key accountabilities:

• Responsible for our local onboarding program to secure a great start for all local and international new hires in Stavanger.
• Responsible for our summer internship program and local employee branding activities.
• Be our local data expert and our first-line support for our People systems (Cornerstone (master data), expense system and more)
• Provide support for compensation, benefits, and recruitment activities,
• Work closely with our Health team and mangers to increase employee well-being and reduce sick-leave.

About you

You are dedicated, result-oriented, team player who is passionate about delivering value within a broad specter of People delivery areas.

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor within Human Resource management, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Strong digital mindset and experience with People systems and multiple digital platforms
• Interest in compensation and benefit administration
• Analytical and structured.
• Curious and willingness to learn and develop.
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent skills in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
