Senior UX/UI designer - EMEA

Servebolt is looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping our digital products and driving user experience to be top notch.

We are a small but growing company and are looking for someone who is passionate about building the ease of use in our self-service and taking care of our digital visual appearance. We need someone who can wear multiple hats, work collaboratively with a small, tight-knit team, and make an impact on the growth of the company.

As Servebolt’s Senior UX/UI designer, you will:

• Take lead of the quality and make design consistent, intuitive and accessible across our digital touchpoints
• Be part of a fully remote culture with a globally distributed, international team
• Have a great opportunity for self-development
• Collaborate and co-create with the marketing team and ensure product and feature adoption

Your experience should include:

• 3-5+ years in design, UX/UI, wireframing, and using design tools like Adobe XD or Figma
• Use of design principles to create user-friendly designs from start to finish
• Responsive design for all possible screen types (mobile, desktop, HD, 4K)
• Experience with user testing, A/B testing, regression testing and maybe the use of Google Optimiser and Google Analytics
• Creating and updating front end designs and marketing materials or imagery for websites, social media or online ads

Your product portfolio will include:

• Our fresh from the press homepage with a growing and important help center
• Our new, and not yet launched, admin panel
• Other internal sites
• Marketing materials and newsletters

Daily tasks may consist of

• Work with our website and control panels, do regression testing and cross browser testing
• Work with developers on implementing A/B testing and do research
• Wireframe and prototype new UI ideas and work collaboratively with internal and external designers
• Search through site looking for bad UX or functionality failure
• Create digital visual assets for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Business)
• Design ad creatives (Google Ads, Meta advertising) for Servebolt’s online marketing campaigns
• Create animated explainer videos, Reels, GIFs, eBook Design and Newsletter Design
• Produce Promotional Materials (Banners, brochures, stickers, business cards, etc.) in print and web media
