Position Overview: As an Operations and Project Management Intern at ninito, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced team and contribute to the efficient management of projects and daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech scale-up environment, and develop your skills in organization, time management, and communication. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Facilitate seamless customer onboarding across all platforms, ensuring smooth integration with ninito's software
• Streamline and refine onboarding processes and internal operations to maximize efficiency
• Develop help guides and resources to empower customers in navigating and utilizing the platform effectively
• Collaborate in the creation, updating, and organization of project documentation to maintain accuracy and relevancy
• Analyze customer data and provide actionable insights to help restaurants make data-driven decisions
• Customize and configure restaurant menus and equipment to meet unique customer needs
• Continuously enhance customer onboarding experiences by identifying and addressing areas for improvement
• Establish and maintain a knowledge base of customer help resources to address common questions and concerns
• Proactively monitor customer success metrics and provide targeted support to address areas of concern
• Offer tailored recommendations to restaurants based on data analysis, helping them optimize their operations and achieve their goals
• Oversee the installation and configuration of equipment, ensuring optimal performance for customers
• A diverse range of tasks and challenges as they arise in a dynamic tech scale-up environment

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field
2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
4. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus, but not required
5. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
6. Must speak English fluently
