Client Learning Intern - Summer 2026

About the role 

As a Client Learning Intern, you'll have the unique opportunity to combine your creative and technical skills to design and develop impactful learning experiences for our clients. You'll work closely with our team and learn about both customer centricity and the energy industry. 

You will create engaging e-learning content, update product documentation, and develop hands-on learning experiences that will help our clients maximize value from their Rystad Energy subscription. You will collaborate with energy experts to ensure that the content reflects real-world challenges and workflows.

Key responsibilities 

• Create engaging and effective learning content (videos, quizzes, etc.) with tools like Clueso, Wistia, VEED or Canva. 

• Update and improve product documentation to ensure our clients have the best possible experience with our solutions. 

• Design and develop use case-based hands-on learning experiences with real-world data to help clients maximize value from our products. 

• Publish and maintain content on the Learning Management System (ThoughtIndustries). 

• Analyze usage trends and feedback and suggest improvements. 

What we’re looking for 

• We're looking for a creative and technically savvy individual who is passionate about learning and development. 

• A proactive growth mindset and a willingness to explore the energy industry and Rystad Energy products. 

• Experience with content creation (video editing or writing). 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical subject matter experts. 

• Resourcefulness and adaptability with a willingness to get hands-on with energy data and learn new tools and skills. 

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality learning content. 

• Familiarity with the energy industry (desirable).
