Equity Research Competition 2026

We are inviting ambitious students to join our Equity Research competition. Our case competition will not only allow you to compete against students from across Norway but also provide a platform to enhance your expertise in company analysis and valuation, with a chance to win a prize of 30,000 NOK

The case competition will be organised into two engaging rounds. In the initial round, your team will be given 72 hours to deliver a presentation based on the information provided on Monday, the 8th of February. The case will focus on company valuation. The top-performing teams from the initial rounds will be invited to Oslo for workshops, dinner, and a grand finale on the 25th of February.

Participating in this competition is not just about winning a prize; it's an invaluable opportunity to meet and interact with our experienced Equity Research team. Moreover, the finale will be judged by our esteemed Management, offering participants the chance to receive valuable feedback.

Here's a breakdown of how the challenge is organised:

Registration period:

• 16th of January - 8th of February

• Open to groups of up to 4 people

• The designated team leader will complete the registration, including uploading a PDF file with all team members' CVs

• Registration is mandatory for all competing teams

Initial Round:

• 9th of February, 12:00: Release of competition questions. The team leader will receive an email with the case and additional information

• 12th of February, 12:00: Due date for the initial round of submissions

Final Round:

• 18th of February: Finalists will be announced and receive an invitation to the finale

• 25th of February: Finale Day in Oslo

  • Continue work on your presentation ahead of the finale
