Job Description - Part time Internship in Customer Support

Are you a team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys learning new things? If so, you’ll love working at Two!

We’re looking for a part-time Customer Support Representative (around 20h/week) to join our team in Oslo! This role offers a mix of onsite and remote working opportunities.

About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers succeed, while gaining valuable insight into how a fast-growing fintech operates. You’ll learn by doing, make a real impact, and develop skills that will benefit your future career.

About You

  • Passionate: Understand and align with our mission to revolutionise B2B payments.
  • Effective Communicator: Clear and concise communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
  • Proactive: Take initiative and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Curious: Eager to learn and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Team Player: Collaborate well with team members.
  • Problem Solver: Approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Undergraduate or graduate with at least one year into your degree
  • Strong work ethic and a thirst for learning
  • Previous job experience in customer service would be an advantage
  • Native or fluent Norwegian speaker
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Paid Internship
  • Gain valuable experience alongside your studies
