Student Internship: Accounts Receivable Associate

This part-time role, designed to accommodate your academic commitments, offers the flexibility to work 1-3 days per week. It's crafted to provide you with a balance between gaining practical experience and continuing your studies.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Dialogue with enterprise clients all over the world
  • Inform clients on contracted price increases
  • Request and follow-up on purchase orders (PO) and payments
  • Invoice according to contract/PO
  • Follow-up on dunning procedures

• Internal communication with Customer Success Managers, CFO and finance team
• Assist on establishing good accounts receivables procedures
  
• Other ad hoc tasks

Who are we looking for?

• Ongoing Master or Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business and Administration or similar
  
• Strong academic results
  
• Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
  
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  
• An outgoing and pro-active team player
  
• Curious and Xaited to take on new tasks when necessary
