DNV Maritime’s AI Centre of Excellence - Smart Use of Data enable AI in DNV Maritime’s tools and global work processes, strengthening DNV’s leading position in digital innovation.

We are 40+ developers and data scientists developing AI solutions in a professional setup. We are delivering innovation with AI to DNV’s business processes in close collaboration with domain experts and project teams. 

You will be part of the AI Platform Engineering team, consisting of 10-15 professional programmers delivering scalable cloud hosting services and data platform to our AI solutions.

Typical tasks as a summer student in DNV Maritime would be:

• You will be part of a professional cloud platform team providing AI hosting and data platform for smart use of data
• You will be working on real development project(s) where your contribution is aimed deployed to production by the end of the summer
• You will be part of projects improving or expanding our AI hosting platform and/or data platform
• You will be part of a large, international team
• You will work with and learn from experienced developers, who will help you succeed in your projects
• You will experience highly motivated colleagues and a strong company culture and many social activities

Who are we looking for?

• A candidate dedicated to advanced cloud platform programming
• A proactive attitude to engage with others to find good solutions
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong programming skills in e.g. typescript (web), dotnet, golang, or python
   

We are primarily seeking 3rd and 4th year students with relevant Bachelor/Master Program specialization in:

• Computer Science / Information Science
• Cybernetics / Robotics
