The positions available are:

2 x 6-month Fixed Term Operator in our Production team.

We normally operate a daytime shift (usually 7am – 3.30pm, Monday to Friday inclusive during production hours) but casual hours could include evenings or occasional weekends when additional shifts are operating.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in food or FMCG production or manufacturing.


• Experience operating machinery safely preferably mixing or similar.


• A reliable transport to get to and from work.


• Strong mechanical aptitude and sound problem-solving skills.


• The ability to perform physical tasks as required for the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 kg with appropriate support or equipment.


• Clear reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English, to ensure safe and accurate work.


• A focus on safety, with the ability to identify and report hazards.


• A team-first attitude — you collaborate well with others and are willing to help where needed.


• A continuous-improvement mindset, balancing efficiency with quality, safety, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
