Clinical Nurse Lead - 8 months fixed term

About the role:

We have an exciting 8-month fixed term opportunity for a passionate leader to join our care team as a Clinical Nurse Lead, at our Summerset Palms, Te Awa - Napier village. Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, this role will help to provide leadership, support, and clinical guidance to our incredible Care Centre team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing clinical guidance, day to day direction, and leadership to the Care Centre team.
• Working closely with Care Centre Manager to help support safe operation of the care team.
• Active involvement with the Summerset quality management programme.

This is a fixed term role and working a roster of Monday to Friday  (with occasional on-call duties as needed).

About you:

• A Registered Nurse with recognised expertise in the provision of clinical oversight.
• A team player who is passionate to support, train and develop the Caregiving team.
• A skilled communicator with a proven ability to build positive relationships.
• An InterRAI trained Nurse who can complete and oversee clinical assessments and care planning.
