We are looking for a Content & Events Marketing Executive to play a pivotal role in executing and delivering impactful communications, campaigns, and events that support our business objectives and enhance doctors’ wellbeing.
This role is central to ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time, across the most effective channels. You’ll bring together content strategy, digital marketing, social media and events to deliver a cohesive and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Doctor Experience Manager, Sales Managers, and external partners, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end content delivery and ensure everything we produce is strategic, measurable, and results-driven.
This is a fixed term role covering parental leave for 6 months based in our modern office in Frankton with hybrid work options available.
📋 Key Responsibilities 📋
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Execute established cross-channel communication and digital asset plans aligned to organisational goals
- Lead the planning and delivery of ongoing and seasonal campaigns across digital, social, website, SEO, and selected traditional channels
- Coordinate technical implementation of campaigns across platforms and channels
- Ensure all campaign content is managed, scheduled, and measurable in line with best practice
- Own campaign delivery from sales brief through to post-campaign reporting and insights
- Align campaigns with business priorities, performance targets, seasonal trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity
- Partner with Sales Managers to identify challenges and opportunities and translate these into effective communication and event actions
- Use data, research, and audience insights to refine execution and maximise campaign impact
Content Strategy & Execution
- Implement and maintain a cohesive content plan aligned with organisational objectives
- Create, write, edit, and optimise content across email, social media, website, and marketing collateral
- Work with cross-functional teams to source, refine, and tailor content to specific audience needs
- Ensure all content is on-brand, engaging, and targeted to the appropriate segments
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve effectiveness and ROI
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Execute the cross-platform social media strategy that supports acquisition through both organic and paid pathways
- Manage content creation, scheduling and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise social performance using data-driven insights to ensure positive ROI
Events & Conferences
- Execute the events and conferences plan aligned with organisational and sales objectives
- Manage end-to-end event delivery including planning, budgeting, logistics, vendors, and on-site execution
- Create and manage event communication plans across email, social, and digital channels
- Analyse and report on event performance, attendee insights, and ROI
- Ensure all events are doctor-focused, delivering meaningful engagement and showcasing our value proposition
Website Management
- Oversee website content updates, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and strong user experience
- Implement SEO improvements to support organic traffic and improve search rankings
- Work with external agencies or technical teams to optimise website functionality and design
- Monitor website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure digital platforms are integrated and support broader marketing objectives
Measurement & Reporting
- Manage and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, content, and events
- Provide regular weekly and monthly reporting on performance and insights
- Work with Finance on monthly marketing spend reconciliation
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team on audiences and targeting
- Manage marketing best practices including UTM tracking and CMS front-end governance

- Experience working with journalists and industry bodies
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment
🩺 Qualifications & Experience 🩺
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred), or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, content, brand, or social media roles
- Demonstrated experience delivering content marketing across multiple digital platforms
- Proven ability to grow social media following and engagement
- Experience planning and delivering events and conferences
- Experience contributing to innovation, adopting new technologies, or supporting digital transformation initiatives
