Digital Process & BPM Technology Consultant

Would you like to apply your expertise in digital process platforms and business process management to support a purpose-driven organisation that makes a real difference in the community?

Kaikaranga is seeking an experienced independent consultant to undertake a strategic review of our current Business Process Management (BPM) platform as we implement a new Continuous Improvement framework.

This engagement will help ensure our process management technology can support increased organisational participation in improvement activity, higher volumes of process change, and more data-driven decision-making.

Working with our leadership and improvement teams, you will assess the current platform’s configuration, usability and scalability, benchmark it against modern BPM and CI-enabled technologies and provide clear recommendations on the most appropriate path forward.

About the engagement …

• Conduct a fit-for-purpose review of our current Business Process Management platform


• Assess configuration, utilisation and scalability in the context of increased Continuous Improvement activity


• Review integration of incident, complaint and operational data to support insight and decision-making


• Evaluate usability and accessibility for broader organisational participation


• Benchmark the platform against modern BPM and digital process ecosystems


• Provide a clear, independent recommendation on optimisation, augmentation or future replacement


• Provide high-level roadmap considerations where relevant

About you …

• Experience reviewing or implementing modern BPM or digital process platforms


• Exposure to multiple BPM technologies and process ecosystems


• Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement environments


• Knowledge of analytics, workflow automation and emerging AI-enabled process tools


• Ability to provide independent, strategic advice supported by practical insight


• Strong stakeholder engagement capability
