About the Role:
The Head of Catering is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for Bay Venues catering operations, delivering high‑quality, commercially sustainable food experiences that enhance events, venues and community outcomes.
You’ll lead, develop and inspire a diverse hospitality team, build strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence across all venues. With a strong focus on quality, safety and systems, the role also plays a key part in shaping the future direction of catering at Bay Venues, balancing creativity and consistency with community purpose with commercial discipline.
About You:
We’re looking for an experienced, values‑led hospitality leader with a strong track record in large‑scale catering or food operations. You’ll bring a balance of commercial acumen and culinary credibility, with the ability to lead diverse teams, drive performance, and innovate. You need to be comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on levels, you’ll be a confident relationship builder who thrives in complex, fast‑paced environments and is motivated by creating outstanding food experiences that deliver both commercial results and positive community impact.
