Integrated Systems Specialist

About the role

This is a 9-12 month fixed term, 40 hours per week position, Monday to Friday. At Comvita, we embrace flexible working, and this role will allow you to work from home and our offices in Paengaroa. Typically, our team members come to site several times a week for team collaboration and connection so for this reason would prefer local applicants from within a 45 minute commute to our offices in Paengaroa, BOP.

We are looking for an experienced Integrated Systems Specialist to join our Digital Transformation team, leading and supporting end-to-end integration development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

This role would be ideal for someone who thrives in a technically complex environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about system connectivity across platforms.

Responsibilities will include;

• Conducting technical discovery and detailing of requirements, to support new integrations.


• Supporting and optimising API integrations between Sales Platforms and our ERP system (Called QAD), via a middleware platform.


• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors.


• Developing and executing test plans and delivery activities for new integrations.

What we would like from you

• Experience with complex system integration development.


• Expertise in test planning and execution.


• Experience integrating POS and digital platforms with ERP systems.


• A natural problem solver.


• Familiarity with middleware platforms, ideally Boomi.


• Strong Technical Business Analyst (discovery) skillset.
