Job Description - Learning and Development Manager - 12 month FTC

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract

Day to day you will:

    • Lead with purpose: Manage firmwide leadership development programs, ensuring they’re impactful, engaging, and future-focused.
    • Facilitate with confidence: Deliver dynamic workshops, and learning sessions that inspire and challenge participants.
    • Diagnose and design: Identify leadership and capability gaps, then craft solutions that align with organisational priorities.
    • Communicate and influence: Build compelling narratives around leadership development, elevating visibility and buy-in across the business.
    • Measure what matters: Use data and insights to demonstrate the effectiveness and value of our programs.
    • Innovate with tech: Explore opportunities to enhance and accelerate the use of L&D technologies that enhance participant experience and extend program reach.

About you:

    • Proven experience in leadership development, facilitation, and learning strategy with 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
    • Strong stakeholder management skill; you know how to influence and collaborate at all levels.
    • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into action.
    • Creativity and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • Expertise in leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences.
$105,000 - $140,000 a year
The salary banding provided serves as an indication of the market rate for this role. The salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, expertise, qualifications and relativities.
