The Service Delivery Communications group plays a critical role in enabling MSD staff to deliver services effectively to New Zealanders. Within this group, the Digital Content team leads content across MSD’s knowledge base, intranet and external website platforms.
This team is at the centre of a significant, organisation-wide programme to improve how information is structured, governed and accessed. The work directly supports frontline and operational staff by making it easier to find accurate, trusted and up-to-date information when they need it.
As Manager Digital Content, you will lead the Digital Content team and the content workstream for a major platform shift programme covering the knowledge base, intranet and external websites.
This is a key leadership role where you will champion the perspectives and knowledge needs of operational staff. You will work closely with frontline teams, national office stakeholders, product owners and IT partners to ensure content is clear, consistent and aligned across channels.
A core focus of the role is ensuring strong alignment between the knowledge base and operational policy, operating standards, training material and external public information. Your leadership will help ensure staff can confidently access the information they need to support New Zealanders.
You are an experienced people leader with a strong background in digital content management in complex environments. You bring a practical, delivery-focused approach and a deep understanding of how good content enables great service delivery.
