We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join Kaikaranga. We would be flexible with contract options and contract hours for the right person. Potentially a 3 -6 month fixed-term contract or an Independent Contractor. The role will work closely alongside our Recruitment Partner, Hiring Managers, and wider People & Culture team, to assess and secure high-quality candidates while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

About the role …
Coordinate end-to-end in-house recruitment across a range of portfolios
Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, offers and onboarding processes, in liaison with hiring managers and Recruitment Partner
Schedule and coordinate assessment centres and observations (in person or virtual) for all candidates in the pipeline
Manage testing, including OPQ and computer testing, prior to interviews for shortlisted candidates across all roles
Administer applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records and timely communication is maintained
Maintain accurate recruitment records and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Assist with tracking recruitment metrics such as time to hire and candidate pipeline activity
Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience aligned with Kaikaranga’s values
3 - 6-month contract with hybrid working: hours are negotiable
About you …
2-3 years proven experience as an in-house Recruitment Advisor or Coordinator
Ability to step in and lead all aspects of the recruitment process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Process driven with a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement
Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
Aligned to Kaikaranga’s values and committed to inclusive and equitable hiring practices
Skilled in Assessment Centre methodology is an advantage, as well as working knowledge of BambooHR
