Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role 

• Fixed term (Covering a maternity leave secondment) starting ASAP until end of August 2026


• Full time, 40 hours per week.


• Monday - Friday

Join our global Supply Chain team. We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst (We use the term Supply Chain Insights Lead at Comvita) to turn data into meaningful reports, models, and visualizations. You will need to use your skills in SQL, Power BI, and Excel/VBA to simplify our complex data, build dynamic dashboards, and deliver insights for data-driven decision-making and to improve supply chain efficiency.

This role works closely with Supply Chain, Operations and in-market teams to identify challenges, streamline processes, and enable smarter forecasting and operational decisions.

Some of the key areas of responsibility include;

• Develop efficient SQL queries and views to prepare clean, accurate data


• Automate reporting and analysis with Excel VBA and Power Query


• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, efficiency, and cost savings
  


• Partner with supply chain teams to deliver practical, data-led solutions


• Build interactive Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX and modelling

What we would like from you 

• A creative, problem-solving mindset and with high attention to detail.


• Ability to write code (SQL), Power BI, and a savvy Excel user. 


• Previous experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.


• Solid understanding of supply chain functions.


• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems with complex integrations.


• ERP experience would be a bonus.
  


• A confident communicator, able to explain insights clearly across teams.
