Senior Guide (Internal posting only)

Position summary:

In addition to the basic function of a guide: which is to conduct safe and confidence inspiring tours. The Senior Guide is to support the Course Supervisors in the smooth running of daily operations, training and coaching guides as well as assisting with non - routine and emergency situations and assisting with course maintenance as required.

What you will bring to the role:

• Excellent interpersonal skills


• At minimum 16 hr first aid certificate


• Full clean driving license


• A proven record of health and safety commitment 


• Ability to work with minimal supervision


• Physically active with the ability to lift 28kgs (60lbs)


• Thrive in a fast paced, productive environment where change is a constant


• Good organizational and time management skills


• Able to take the job seriously whilst promoting a fun atmosphere


• Keen to continue learning and promote personal growth


• Available and willing to work weekends and holidays


• Ziptrek guiding experience with excellent performance history

The position is going to start mid-October.
