About the role
Kami Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Parnell, Auckland. This is a full-time, fixed-term (6 month) position that will play a crucial role in attracting and recruiting top talent to support our continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing
Partner with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and talent requirements
Help support the Chief People Officer to design talent acquisition strategies
Source and screen high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Conduct in-depth interviews, assessments, and background checks to identify the best-fit candidates
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting to onboarding and beyond
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of diverse talent
Provide hiring managers with regular updates and feedback on the recruitment process
Continuously analyse and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
What we're looking for
Minimum 7 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience in technical recruitment, specifically software engineering
Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and securing top talent across a variety of roles and levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, social media, and other recruiting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement creative solutions
Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
