Service Delivery Manager (12-month fixed-term)

The role:

Due to a retirement and on-going growth, Enable are looking for a Service Delivery Manager (12-month fixed-term). You’ll oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, Retail Service Providers (RSPs) acting as their primary point of contact post-sale. You’ll lead the coordination of service delivery, working cross-functionally with Operational and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution, high-quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, project management expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to balance customer experience with commercial outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous depth of experience in Account Management, Business Development or Project Management across telco or other relevant fields


• Proven ability to build and manage strategic stakeholder relationships, influencing collaboration to achieve shared goals


• Strong project management skills, with experience delivering large-scale deployments


• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to tackle complex challenges


• Commercial acumen, with a track record of supporting business growth and operational efficiency


• Exceptional communication skills, able to engage confidently at all levels and facilitate robust conversations when needed


• Adaptability and a growth mindset where you’ll thrive in fast-paced and changing environments


• An outcome-oriented approach focusing on delivering results for both customers and the business


• Skilled at prioritising tasks, managing time efficiently and maintaining strong attention to detail
