Technical Writer - 6 month Fixed Term

We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our Operations team on a 6-month fixed term contract. You’ll be someone who enjoys taking complex manufacturing processes and simplifying them into concise, easy to follow operating procedures that empowers and enables our manufacturing team to succeed. If thrive in turning technical detail into easy-to-follow content, this role is certainly for you.

What you’ll do:

• Create user-friendly documentation—SOPs, training guides, and more


• Convert documentation into the best format for the audience either written, visual, video, eLearning


• Work closely with subject matter experts to understand tasks and processes


• Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency


• Support or help deliver training sessions


• Manage digital and physical training records

What you’ll bring:

• Qualifications in adult learning/training or similar discipline


• Experience writing technical content, ideally in manufacturing or a regulated environment


• Strong writing skills and attention to detail


• Strong communication skills both verbal and written


• Ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, simple way


• Confidence with digital tools and learning platforms (Litmos experience is a plus)
