• Execute accounts receivable transactions, encompassing the creation and distribution of customer invoices, processing credits, monitoring payments, and reconciling accounts
• Prepare and execute monthly direct debit payments, alongside processing credit card payments to ensure smooth financial transactions
• Monitor and track all outstanding invoices and payments, proactively following up to ensure timely resolution
• Take charge of debtor and cash reporting
• Serve as a frontline responder to customer inquiries, adeptly addressing queries and providing effective problem-solving solutions

About you

• Prior experience in accounts receivable, particularly in debtor and cash reporting, is a prerequisite
• Familiarity with Salesforce is highly beneficial for this role
• A proactive, go-getter attitude is essential; you're not deterred by diving into tasks headfirst
• The role requires a confident commitment to a fixed-term assignment spanning six months
