Job Description - Client Account Manager

Client Account Manager:

We are seeking a Client Account Manager to join our team in our Morrinsville office.

As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across a range of industries. This role offers variety in daily tasks and will require expertise in producing financial statements, GST returns, associated compliance work, and handling client queries. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a CA office (although not essential). They will possess sound computer knowledge with proficiency in Xero software, demonstrate exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines, and exhibit a team-oriented mind-set.

What we a looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Client Account Manager or in a comparable position
  • Proficient in preparing financial statements, filing GST returns and managing associated compliance tasks
  • Capable of effectively addressing client queries
  • Sound computer skills with expertise using Xero software
  • Consistently meets deadlines with punctual task execution
  • Collaborative team player keen on assisting colleagues and open to acquiring new skills
  • Committed to continuous learning
