As we transition to a new website and payment gateway system, we are looking for a dedicated individual to assist our customers in updating their account details and moving over to the new system. Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Transition Support Representative to join our team temporarily. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact existing customers by phone, inform them about the transition to our new system, and guide them through the process of updating their account details. This is a critical role in ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for our valued customers. We will provide you with all the tools needed to complete the job and the team will be close by for support if needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customers via phone to inform them about the transition to the new website and payment gateway system.
• Guide customers through the process of updating their account details and ensure all necessary information is collected accurately. You won’t be taking details over the phone – just letting them know how to do it themselves.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have about the transition.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the transition process.

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a call centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A friendly, patient, and professional demeanour.
