Registered Nurse - Operations

About the role:
This is a full time role based in central Auckland at this aged care facilities head office. They are looking for a senior candidate to support the GM of operations. Someone who can combine their clinical and practical knowledge to achieve operational efficiency. This role won’t have any direct reports, but you will work closely with both operations and finance to provide clinical insight to the team. The role is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with a strong aged care background who would like to get in to operations and work Mon-Fri, 9-5.

What you have to do:

Blend nursing clinical knowledge with business and analytic knowledge

Provide support to operations and finance with the focus on achieving operation efficiency within the care homes

Drive revenue and reduce expenses

Work with care home teams to implement operational efficiencies

May require some occasional national travel

Skills and Experience:

Must be a NZ registered nurse with a current APC

MUST HAVE 2 years + NZ Aged Care experience

Have analytical and business experience along with clinical and financial acumen

Experienced in rostering

Strong written and oral communication skills

Great relationship management skills working with a range of teams
