Job Description:

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Auckland, New Zealand. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable and possess strong decision-making and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming payments from customers - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate invoices and statements - Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment - Assist in month-end financial reporting - Communicate with customers regarding payment status - Update and maintain accurate records in the accounting system

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team - Energetic and driven to succeed - Previous experience in project management is a plus
