Online Accountant

Job Description:

Amazon.com is seeking a highly skilled Online Accountant to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level Online Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all online financial transactions and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and reconcile online financial transactions and records. 2. Prepare and analyze financial reports for management. 3. Monitor and report on financial performance metrics. 4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. 5. Provide support for audits and compliance reviews. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. 7. Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes and increase efficiency. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations related to online accounting.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in online accounting. 3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. 4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 5. Independent and motivated with excellent time management and planning skills. 6. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
