This is a high competency role and places emphasis on delivering quality outcomes through iterative delivery and continuous verification and engagement. The Senior BIA will deal with complex data problems, play the role of coaching other analysts, planning their work, overseeing their activities, removing any hindrances that are impacting their work and taking accountability for their work as a true leader.
