Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a hardworking and independent Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Duke Energy as a remote worker based in Wellington, New Zealand. As an entry-level position, we are seeking someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence - Providing support to team members and management by assisting with various tasks and projects - Maintaining records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports as needed - Managing travel arrangements and logistics for team members - Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Assisting with special projects and events as assigned - Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Critical thinking and decision-making skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
