Our client is a privately owned civil construction company that works in partnership with both private organisations and local government clients throughout the central North Island. They have worked extremely hard to build their strong reputation and their people are an integral part of maintaining and further developing this, and their culture.
This busy position will provide a great development opportunity for someone wanting to advance their skills in the administration and accounts areas. Key responsibilities include:
Reception and customer service
General office administration, word processing and filing
Accounts Payable - entering and processing creditor invoices
Supporting the Office Manager with project work
Ensuring systems and processes are updated and maintained
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
The position can be 40 hours or school hours depending on the preference of the applicant.
We are looking for the ‘right fit’, and what’s most important are your impressive interpersonal and communication skills, your ‘can do will do’ attitude and your desire to learn. If you don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and providing great support to the team, this could be the position for you.
