Position:
We're seeking a dedicated Stylist who thrives on providing exceptional service to clientele. Previous experience in consultative sales, particularly in luxury or high-end fashion, is essential. This role will also evolve into a Quality Control hybrid role.


Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an impeccable standard of store presentation consistently.

Offer personalized experiences to clients at every stage of their journey.

Ensure clients enjoy the best possible interactions and experiences.

Handle administrative tasks, including stock management and meeting sales targets.

Manage the entire customer lifecycle from initial booking to aftercare.

Act as a key-holder.

Career advancement to learn and move into a quality control role over time

Qualifications for the Stylist Role:

Demonstrated experience in high-end fashion or luxury retail.

Confidence, positivity, and the ability to establish immediate connections with people.

High energy and maturity in guiding a personalized customer journey.

Exceptional self-presentation and articulate communication skills.

Strong autonomous work ethic and self-motivation.
