As a Full Time Care Manager/Clinical Manager of this quaint sized aged care facility, you will contribute to a community owned, non for profit complex while enjoying the peace and quiet of regional QLD. With over 25 beds & 50+ staff, this facility is looking at bringing on a fresh manager to maintain the exceptional standard of care. Excellent opportunity for RN's or the like, who are looking to get off the floor and step into management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Passion for aged care and supporting residents
• Relevant clinical nursing experience within an age care environment
• Extensive knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Strong clinical skills and ability to mentor RNs
• Previous clinical management or supervisor experience is HIGHLY regarded

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Overseeing clinical team members, ensuring high quality care is maintained
• Managing administration duties
• Completing Client Assessments and Plans
• Achieve optimal patient outcomes and objectives through effective leadership and direction
• Liaise with Clients/Primary Contacts to ensure service expectations are being met
• Consulting with Families
