Centre Administrator

Our wonderful centre in Aidanfield is looking for a warm and friendly Centre Administrator who is strongly aligned with our core values of safe, loved and learning.

The position:

• Permanent, Full time (Between 35-40 hours per week)
• Caring for a variety of administrative responsibilities
• Assisting in the classrooms, to support teachers during lunch breaks
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a pre-requisite

An experienced Administrator who has:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• A heart for children and families, and building relationships
• Excellent written and communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and cultures – internally and externally
• A sound understanding of various computer applications
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
